Like Barling's Trafalgar and Admiral series, the Nelson line pays tribute to Horatio Nelson, a British Admiral who became a legend in 1805, when he overpowered the Spanish and French fleets at the Battle of Trafalgar. Presented across a variety of distinctive finishes, each pipe in the Nelson series features a sterling silver accent carved to resemble braided rope, honoring one of the primary tools found on a naval ship of the time. Such is the case with this 1823 Bent Pot, dressed in the Guinea Grain finish.
