Though classified as a bent Brandy, The Savinelli "628" possess the bowl height, and chamber depth, on par with many a good-sized Billiard. Each briar of the Tortuga series sports not only a tortoiseshell-patterned stem, but also a domed, shell-like cap with a foam-rubber stopper. The purpose of the latter is to preserve an unfinished smoke which one wishes to pick up again and finish later.
